Psychotherapy

A space to slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself.

Healing doesn’t require you to have everything figured out before you begin. Therapy offers a space to make sense of your experiences, understand yourself with greater compassion, and move toward a life that feels more connected, grounded, and authentic.

Healing the Whole Person

Instead of focusing only on symptoms, I view emotional well-being through the lens of the whole person. Our work may include understanding past experiences, exploring patterns that once helped you survive, reconnecting with your body, strengthening relationships, and developing new ways of responding to life’s challenges.

Whether we are processing trauma through EMDR, exploring protective parts with Internal Family Systems, or using mindfulness and body awareness to regulate the nervous system, every intervention is guided by your goals and your pace.

Is Therapy Right for Me?

You may be seeking therapy because…

You feel stuck in patterns you can’t explain

You carry experiences that continue to affect you today

Anxiety or overwhelm feels constant

You’re highly capable but exhausted

You struggle to trust yourself

Relationships feel difficult

You’re navigating grief or major life transitions

You’re looking to understand yourself more deeply

Areas of Focus

Trauma Recovery

Supporting healing from trauma, whether recent or dating back to your earliest years.

Anxiety & Stress

Helping you understand your nervous system, reduce overwhelm, and cultivate greater ease.

Relationship & Attachment

Exploring patterns of connection, boundaries, communication, and secure attachment.

Life Transitions

Therapeutic Modalities

Healing happens in many ways. Our work together is compassionte, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices that honor the whole person.

EMDR

Helping the brain and body process experiences that remain “stuck.” EMDR supports the nervous system in reprocessing difficult memories so they become integrated rather than overwhelming.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Understanding the many parts that make you who you are. Together we’ll explore protective parts with curiosity and compassion, creating more internal balance and self-leadership.

Body Centered Therapy

Body-Centered Therapy Because healing isn’t only cognitive. Trauma often lives in the body. Gentle awareness of physical sensations, breath, movement, and nervous system responses can help restore a greater sense of safety and regulation.

Mindfulness & Nervous System Regulation

Developing practical skills to help you return to the present moment and respond rather than react.

My Approach

I believe meaningful therapy happens within a safe and collaborative relationship. My role isn’t to tell you who to become, but to help you understand yourself with greater clarity, compassion, and confidence. I strive to create a space where every part of your experience is welcome, and where healing unfolds at a pace that feels both supportive and sustainable.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does therapy last?

Every person’s journey is different. Some people benefit from short-term therapy focused on a specific concern, while others choose longer-term work for deeper healing and personal growth. We will build a treatment plan tailored to your unique goals.

How often do we meet?

Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and establish a strong therapeutic relationship. As therapy progresses, we may transition to meeting every other week based on your needs and goals.

Do you offer EMDR virtually?

Yes. EMDR can be highly effective in a virtual setting, and I use adaptations that allow us to safely and effectively complete EMDR sessions online.

What should I expect during our first session?

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin developing a plan that feels supportive and personalized to you.

How do I know if we're a good fit?

The therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of the healing process. I offer a free consultation so we can discuss your needs, answer your questions, and determine whether working together feels like the right fit.

Do you work with adults only?

Yes. I currently provide psychotherapy services exclusively for adults (18+).

What are your fees?

Fees vary depending on the service provided. Please visit the Fees & Insurance page for current rates, accepted insurance plans, and payment information.
